Production of exceptionally closely tolerated turning products is one of the focus areas of Betech Mass Turning. The state-of-the-art machine park of over 65 CNC lathes combined with a complete SPC-controlled production enables us to efficiently produce particularly complex products.

High tech and minutely mass turned parts

Many components related to semiconductors, among others, consist of turned parts. In most cases, there is therefore an overlap with precision mechanics and micro-turning. The micro mechanics market is very demand-driven and has high peaks. With Betech Micro Turning, this demand for small turned components is met. A special, closed production area has been set up for micro-machining. With this subsidiary, Betech supplies not only to the precision engineering industry, but also to watch manufacturers, the medical industry and suppliers of precision technology.

The diameter range from bar stock starts at Ø0.8 mm.
