Depending on the product specifications it’s often interesting to mold a product instead of machining it. Because we have the production techniques milling, turning and molding under one roof, we can advise you in this matter.

Highly efficient production

If the product design allows it, it’s often more profitable to mold large series of plastic parts. We are happy to advise how to make your product suitable for molding, so together we can choose the most efficient way.

Our machinery consist of machines with a varied closing force and multiple screws per machine. We also have additional heating modules. As a result we can produce every required product, even the molding of PEI belongs to the possibilities.
