Steady production process

We apply SPC (Statistical Process Control). As a result our production process is, from beginning till end, as steady as possible. Our professional measurement room is able to predict if, when and how many faults will occur. By applying this information, we create an extremely stable production process.

What is SPC?

Statistical Process Control is a English term for a specific kind of feedback system. Based on process measurement data we can calculate how the production will be and evolve over a certain period. On this basis we are capable of adjusting the process to perfection.

With SPC it’s important to know the target value (nominal) and the limits of tolerance. A SPC-index is the result of reading the measured data through multiple formulas. This index indicates the dispersion in the process, but also the situation of the process in relation to the tolerance levels.

Usually Statistical Process Control is applied to important dimensions which have a ‘‘safety or fit and function’’ goal. For more information, click here.
