Depending on the application, components are manufactured from aluminium, titanium, stainless steel, and engineering plastics. These materials are widely used in UAV systems because of their combination of low weight, high strength, and durability.

During production, components are systematically inspected using SPC-controlled measurement processes. All measuring equipment is fully digitalised and connected in real time to production and quality control systems. This allows deviations to be identified immediately and processes to be continuously optimised.
In addition, Betech offers extensive quality documentation capabilities. Depending on project requirements, clients can receive complete PPAP packages, FMEAs, control plans, inspection reports, material certificates, certificates of conformity (CoC), and full traceability documentation.
This provides OEMs and system manufacturers with full confidence in quality, repeatability, and documentation throughout the production process.
Defense has become one of Betech’s most important markets. Driven by increasing demand from European defense and UAV programs, the company expects defense-related activities to account for approximately 25% of its turnover next year. Betech has built extensive experience in this sector through projects with strict requirements for documentation, security of supply, confidentiality, quality assurance, and physical security.
Betech is a member of both NIDV and the Deep Tech Defense Alliance (DTDA). Within this European network, Betech is one of the few specialised manufacturing companies with the expertise and capacity to produce UAV and defense components at scale.

Betech manufactures all components entirely in the Netherlands and operates with a 100% European supply chain. The company has also invested for many years in sustainable and future-proof manufacturing. Since 2018, all production facilities have been ISO 14001-certified, more than 55% of the required energy has been generated in-house, and production operations are fully gas-free.
