New Haas VF-3

With the purchase of a new Haas VF-3 machining center, Betech Plastics modernizes its machinery even further. The VF-3 replaced an older Leadwell. The CNC machine has been equipped with a high speed spindle and a 24-station automatic tool changer. Next to that the machine is automatically loaded and unloaded with the use of mobile robot, which enables unmanned production.

Measuring on the machine

Because the milling center has been equipped with probes, the tools are measured and indexed on beforehand. In addition all products can be measured automatically, on the machine!
