Betech Machining Plastics expands its machine park

Betech Machining Plastics has further expanded its machine park with a new Hyundai SE2200LSY turning machine. This investment further supports production with modern technology for fast, accurate and efficient manufacturing.

The machine is equipped with a smart, high-speed control system that enables further digitalisation and automation of production, including in combination with AI. In addition, the new machine control system offers opportunities for more energy-efficient production.

Flexible production, day and night

Thanks to its extensive number of tool positions, robot loading preparation and efficient chip evacuation, the machine is designed for both manual and fully automated production.

This allows the machine to be used flexibly during the day for single-piece production and smaller series, while production can continue autonomously throughout the night. This makes optimal use of available production time and enables Betech Machining Plastics to produce efficiently and competitively while responding flexibly to different customer requirements.
