Betech Machining Plastics has expanded its machine park with a 5-axis bed milling machine. This investment further strengthens the company’s capacity for precise and efficient plastic machining.
The machine stands out for its Monobloc construction, enabling fast and stable production. A 36-position tool changer, a Renishaw probing system, and a Blum non-contact measuring system ensure accurate tool measurement and consistent, reliable output.
More freedom in design and production
With this addition, Betech can take on more complex parts and respond more flexibly to a wide range of customer requirements. The 5-axis machining capability allows parts with angled surfaces, off-axis bores, or complex contours to be completed in a single setup. This reduces the risk of dimensional deviations, shortens lead times, and gives customers greater design freedom.
