Betech produces precision turned parts in series for medical applications within standardised and controlled production processes. Through fixed tooling, programming and digital process monitoring, dimensioning remains stable, even across long production runs.
Medical systems require consistent quality, process control and full traceability. Betech produces precision turned parts in series within controlled processes, with SPC monitoring, measurement reports and batch traceability as standard. Through standardised programming, tooling and digital process monitoring, dimensioning remains stable, even across long production runs.
Key points
Betech operates according to an ISO-certified quality system and aligns with the documentation requirements within medical supply chains.
Quality and traceability are embedded in every step of the process, with fixed measuring routines, SPC monitoring and full documentation. Production seamlessly aligns with medical validation requirements, including clean handling, cleaning and protective packaging.
Every series follows a fixed measuring routine. Critical characteristics are SPC-monitored to ensure process stability and consistency. Measurement reports and material certificates (EN 10204) are delivered digitally as standard in PDF, CSV, API or a customer-specific format.
Production aligns with validation processes within medical quality management systems. Betech applies clean handling and protective packaging to prevent damage or contamination.
For sensitive components, cleaning and packaging are carried out in-house using processes such as ultrasonic cleaning, vapour degreasing or cleanroom packaging, tailored to the customer’s requirements.
CPK > 1.67 | Reject rate: 0%
A project in which Betech produced over 10,000 aluminium interface components for a diagnostic imaging system. Through standardised series production, SPC monitoring and clean handling, consistent quality was achieved — fully traceable and with zero rejection.
For a manufacturer of medical imaging systems, Betech produced aluminium interface components in series, functioning as a coupling between sensor modules and the central control unit. The components were manufactured with micron-accurate tolerances, full traceability and documentation compatible with the customer’s QMS.
Production was set up for stable series output with SPC-driven process monitoring and a Cpk > 1.67 on critical characteristics. All parts were manufactured from biocompatible aluminium (EN 10204-3.1 certified) and externally anodised through a qualified partner.
Clean handling and protective packaging were applied directly after machining and inspection, including vapour degreasing and transport in antistatic trays. Parts were delivered with serial numbering, measurement reports and material certificates, fully integrated into the customer’s validation dossier.
Result: 100% conformity within critical tolerances, 0% rejection at assembly and full integration within the quality management system.
Through innovative production methods, the labor value added per product remains exceptionally low, enabling internationally competitive pricing.
