How do you ensure consistent quality across large production series?

Betech Mass Turning works with SPC-driven process monitoring, where critical dimensions are checked in real time during every production run. Deviations are detected at an early stage, ensuring dimensional stability and process consistency, including during 24/7 unmanned production.

 

For critical characteristics, a Cpk ≥ 1.67 is maintained and documented in batch records and measurement reports. A closed-loop measurement system continuously records process data to support traceability and repeatable serial production.

Which quality documentation is supplied as standard?

Betech Mass Turning supplies an EN 10204 type 3.1 material certificate with heat number traceability, measurement reports for critical characteristics, and a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) for each batch.

 

Additional documentation such as PPAP levels 1 to 4, FAI, P-FMEA, Control Plans, MSA studies, and RoHS & REACH declarations is available on request. Reports and measurement data can be delivered digitally in PDF, CSV, or through integrations with existing quality management systems.

Is full traceability possible?

Yes. Betech Mass Turning links heat number traceability to both batch and product level, ensuring full traceability of material origin and production data from raw material to finished product.

 

The production file includes material certificates, measurement reports and batch documentation. In addition, production and material data are available to support Scope 3 reporting within OEM supply chains.
