Fully automated production with data-driven process control, designed to deliver predictable quality and stable delivery security across automotive supply chains.
Betech Mass Turning continuously invests in fully automated production lines, in-line measurement, and AI-supported SPC analyses that monitor critical characteristics in real time. Deviations are detected before a dimension goes out of tolerance, even during unmanned night production.
With 90 CNC machines, production runs 24/7 fully automated. Dual machine capacity on critical products and raw material inventory of 1,000 tonnes ensure continuity, even at peak load or supply chain disruptions.
Technical assurances:
Standardised processes and tooling form the foundation for direct scaling, without revalidation steps or loss in lead time.
E-mobility supply chains scale quickly and unpredictably. Betech is specifically designed for this transition: pilot series are produced using the same tooling, CNC programming, and process documentation as later serial production. As volume grows, no additional validation rounds are required.
The validation file from the pilot series directly forms the basis for the PPAP dossier at the start of serial production. Scaling to high volumes can be achieved within weeks, moving from prototype to hundreds of thousands of units per year without process changes.
Tooling and process documentation are retained for the full lifecycle of the platform. Production restarts after interruptions without loss of process knowledge.
Full Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) as standard, aligned with your incoming inspection requirements and existing supply chain structures.
Betech delivers PPAP documentation from level 1 through 4, in line with AIAG requirements commonly used in automotive and e-mobility. Control plans, material certificates, measurement reports, and process studies are compiled into a standardised dossier, without additional queries or lead time delays.
Betech operates in accordance with ISO 9001 and aligns each project with sector-specific quality requirements, including working according to the IATF 16949 standard when required.
Standard documentation available:
Betech manufactures components for automotive and e-mobility applications, such as:
European raw materials, circular processes, and more than 55% self-generated energy form the basis for supply security and strategic independence.
Betech produces entirely in the Netherlands using exclusively European raw materials. This provides full traceability from raw material to delivery and eliminates geopolitical import risks. Energy consumption per production run and material origin are standard available for Scope 3 reporting and EU Battery Regulation compliance, without additional audits or requests.
Sustainability metrics:
Cpk > 1.67 on all critical dimensions | 0% rejection at customer incoming inspection | PPAP Level 3 delivered within 4 weeks
A project in which Betech executed complete production and delivery of precision shafts for a transmission component. Through 24/7 automated production, SPC-controlled process monitoring and buffer inventory, the team achieved maximum delivery security and consistent quality in every batch.
The result was a stable, fully controlled process with minimal variation, ensuring seamless integration into the customer’s automotive supply chain.
A European Tier 1 supplier engaged Betech for the serial production of precision shafts for a transmission component. The main challenge was variation during volume scaling, which caused rejection in assembly.
Through optimisation of tooling and process parameters, process capability was increased to a Cpk of 1.9. Rejection remained structurally below 0.3%, without additional final inspection at the customer’s site. The assembly line remained stable, and scrap costs were significantly reduced.
Through innovative production methods, the labor value added per product remains exceptionally low, enabling internationally competitive pricing.
Large production capacity
Betech Mass Turning specializes in high-volume and large-series turning, using 90 CNC turning machines ranging from 2 to 16 axes.
Very high precision

We have listed the most frequently asked questions to help you move forward quickly.
Yes. We supply PPAP documentation up to Level 4, in accordance with AIAG requirements. The documentation is aligned with customer requirements and includes FAI, measurement reports, material certificates, and process studies.
Yes. Our processes are designed to align with APQP phases. Revision management, change control, and documentation are embedded within the customer’s existing workflow.
Critical characteristics are continuously monitored through SPC. In-line measurements detect deviations early in the process, enabling immediate adjustments. As a result, Cpk values remain stable, even during long-term serial production.
Among other options, hardened steel, aluminium (Al6061, AlSi) and copper alloys (CuCrZr). Material selection is tailored to the application: impact resistance, electrical conductivity or thermal management.
Betech provides standard insights into energy consumption per production run, material origin (100% European), and material recycling (94% within the supply chain). This data directly supports your Scope 3 reporting, without the need for additional audits or requests.
Yes. Each batch is traceable down to raw material level. Serialisation and batch registration can be applied per component or per series, including linked measurement data and material certificates.

Standardised CNC programming and tooling per component type ensure that a validated pilot series can transition directly into serial production without redevelopment. The validation dossier forms the basis for the PPAP dossier at the start of serial production.
